unable run ms money portfolio beta2

If I try to open an MS money portfolion in Beta2 I get a "Initialization Failed" alert folllowed by an "unable to update registry" alert. Any know the solution to this?

Don't know if this will work, but you can right-click on the icon, choose Properties, Compatibility, and click the box that reads XP-SP2. Just a thought.
